Welcome to SOMA. By downloading, installing, or using the SOMA application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOMA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SOMA is a breathwork and meditation application that provides guided breathing exercises, binaural beats, and wellness tracking features. SOMA is designed for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• SOMA offers free and premium subscription plans.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SOMA for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app while operating vehicles or heavy machinery

6. Health Disclaimer

SOMA is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The breathing exercises and binaural beats provided are for informational and entertainment purposes. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or are pregnant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in SOMA, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and software, is the property of SOMA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOMA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SOMA at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SOMA after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
